A drummer who resides in Philadelphia founded WRKS 98.5 in 2008. He likes good music, always for the underdog and wanting to hear good bands rising to the occasion. He is self taught, can read charts, arrange and write music.
There are many talented, unsigned artists around and they have alot to say. Therefore, he decided to become an outlet for alot of this amazing talent so they can finally be heard.
We, at WRKS, play a variety of great music from R&B, Funk, Hip Hop, Rap, Jazz, Pop, alternative and Gospel. This is an internet radio station focusing on diversity and giving unsigned artists exposure that they deserve. We are confident that our new listeners will enjoy and appreciate our music and goals.
